Hi there, and welcome to my studio at

9 Phyllis St, South Lismore NSW 2480.

I believe in playing the long game when it comes to health and functional movement.

There are no gimmicks or quick fixes here — just solid, evidence-based Pilates classes designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and support your body over time.

Alongside Mat Pilates, I also offer Reformer Pilates, Strength Circuits, Pure Strength, Yin Yoga, and Deep Stretch and Myofascial Release classes.

Mat Pilates is a popular foundation class. It helps improve body alignment and targets the deeper stabilising muscles, complementing your existing fitness routine and helping you move more efficiently and confidently.

Reformer Pilates classes are size-limited, allowing for close attention to technique. The reformer adds external resistance while still providing support, making it an effective and controlled way to build strength.

In addition to the Pilates philosophy, resistance training is an essential component of overall health and longevity. For this reason, we also offer Strength & Balance Circuits and Pure Strength classes to support bone health, muscle strength, and functional capacity.

To round out our offerings, restorative practices are encouraged through Yin Yoga, Deep Stretch, and Myofascial Release classes — supporting recovery, mobility, and nervous system regulation.

For best results, I recommend attending two classes per week. I offer a range of class packs and payment options so you can choose what works best for you.
